Young Topaz (Papplewick Pitch and Putt x Candygolds Yours Truly Volpecula) dozes off in the sun - at 16 weeks he doesn`t do stand and show off and you just have to catch him when he`s exhausted himself.

What a difference a few weeks make ! Truly`s pup is now 8 weeks old and answers to Topaz. I am thinking of registering him as VOLPECULA NO OFF SWITCH, and I think you can see why...!

TRULY`S YOUNG HOPEFUL

Truly (Candygold`s Yours Truly Volpecula) has one puppy by Papplewick Pitch and Putt, just over 3 weeks old. She is very smug indeed, and the little boy is quite forward for his age and very willing to take on Mum in unarmed combat already.

At just 11 weeks, young Merlin contemplates life...."Will I be famous? Will I be a great Champion? Will she feed me soon?"

No, he`s not a Papillon! Japanese Chin are a new experience for me, but young Shelby has integrated beautifully with my pack, and is doing really well in the ring, having just won Best Puppy in Breed at Darlington Ch show.

VOLPECULA ART DECO (Florian) is one of two very promising young litter brothers I am showing this year. He is a very steady, reliable and serious young man , who enjoys going to shows almost as much as chasing his lilttle green ball!

He is outstanding in construction, movement, outline and head, and has never been unplaced at any of his many Championship shows.

Florian is just sixteen months old.

So far he has won at Championship Shows:-

Volpecula Vanity`s Mirror, (Marcus) is Florian`s beautiful and extrovert brother, excelling in type and with exquisite head and fringes. Life is all fun to Marcus, who is totally successful in charming everyone he meets.

He has also made an impression at Championship Show level, having been placed in all but two of his outings, and was Best Puppy in Show at the Papillon Club of Scotland Open show in 2004.

Like his brother, he has a promising future ahead of him.

He is ably handled by Mrs. M Whitehill.

These are my puppies for this year, from a young man of six months (VOLPECULA STORMWINGS) and two babies of thirteen weeks by VOLPECULA PAPAGENO, (a litter brother of ORFEO) out of a Ch Inixia Wily Walter daughter, right down to the infant ARTEMIS.

Who knows what their futures will bring?

It`s all ahead of them, and all to play for

She is also quite adorable, and a cherished pet!
